Financial Giving

Retreat Facility Development

HEIS Renewal is seeking to raise $350,000 to cover 2026 development activities. Activities will include: construction of the machine shed, electricity supply, water supply, driveway and parking lot, conversion of Granary into a cabin, core renovations to Utility shed, preparing the foundation for the Crib and moving the Crib, and if required in 2026, moving in grain bins for other cabins. Additional funds will be raised annually for facility development until all planned facilities and features are installed and operational.

Operations

There will be suggested donation amounts for use of each cabin and for holding events in the crib. Some who stay will donate more, some will donate less. Renewal ministries and events may also be offered on the basis of free will suggested donation amounts. Annual facilities operating and maintenance cost is estimated at $60,000-120,000 per year once all the cabins are in place. Annual ministry budget is anticipated to range from $50,000 to $150,000 depending on fees charged by speakers and professionals and costs for promotions and hosting ongoing ministries and renewal ministry events. Giving to operations will sustain the life of this ministry.
